Need a whisleblower from inside the DOJ to voluntarily come forward. But even then, trying to impeach for mishandling (read obstruction of justice for covering up Hunter and Joe's crimes) would likely be within the purview of Weiss as Special Counsel, meaning he could try to block it and would.

You've waded off the deep end there and you're miles off the mark.

And if anyone thinks Weiss will take Hunter to trial at anytime at any federal court anywhere are delusional.

Weiss never indicted Hunter for anything, which would have satisfied the SoLs and maintained the viability of a prosecution. Instead, as part of the crooked plea deal, charges were filed by information. That has been dsmissed now, or at least they have requested it be dismissed.

To even indict on the gun charge they need to do that before October. The misdemeanor tax charges will be gone. The bribery charges from 2014-2015 are gone. FARA charges might still be in play, if Weiss ever bothered to look at them, which he didn't.

This is ****ing insane

Garland is the absolute worst.

He's a criminal.

And he should be prosecuted.

I've already done that but it still sucks to see what has happened to this country. In a very short time I might add. Ultimately we're all going to die; in the meantime, we have to live in this tyrannical hellhole where we now clearly have two tiers of justice.

What evidence do you have to prove that Weiss deliberately did this? You have absolutely no idea what exculpatory evidence they uncovered in their investigation. Investigations are secret. You are making wild assumptions based on only the evidence available to you and the public.

If the DOJ made a practice of sharing all the evidence they have accumulated for every investigation they do, they would never be able to win a case in a court because defendants would never be able to get a fair trial, and it would violate the 5th and 6th amendment to our Constitution.

Also, you have not answered for your two false claims. Other users are continuing to cite your demonstrably false claim.

I've been suspicious of this lately too. I think they even want Biden gone so they're not going to defend him much longer. Then, if they do, they'll claim that he doesn't have the cognitive abilities because he's suffering from dementia or other. Which we've known all along.

Joe Biden will never pay for his crimes in this life. And doubtful his son will either, unless he breaks his deal which he is likely to do, but then that would probably just be covered up as well.

But this special counsel is pure bull**** showing theater. It is just intended to stall so the house can't do anything.
