Local reps of this organization flat lied to me. They told my neighbor that there has been multiple cases of children overdosing on ivermectin. Kids doc tried to use peer pressure to get me to vax my kids. When I was a kid, he was one of my boy scout leaders as well as my pediatrician. I confronted someone else in the practice who admitted that they had been told what to say and were monitored. They could be punished for deviation.

It wasn't hard leaving them.

Agreed. They are only needed when they are really needed. I am at MD Anderson a couple of times a week. Masks are worn in public areas and more importantly patient areas. I have no problem with a mask when in the cancer patient areas. They are susceptible to anything. I will never wear one anywhere else just because.

The government response to COVID scared the **** out of "the public" when they canceled society and said it was illegal to live. Their response was to give "the public" a safety blanket which was the mask that made people feel safe to go on walks again Then the iron boot of government came down on people that refused the safety blanket of the mask or the forced vaccine that came later.

Like Reagan said, "we're from the government and we're here to help".

My son had to wear a mask 5 years ago when he went to see his best friend's younger brother who was at Children's battling leukemia. I had to wear masks over 20 years ago when taking both my grandpa and grandma to their cancer treatments. I don't think wearing masks around people really sick with cancer is a new thing.

If I were permitted to say what I want, I'd be banned for hurting feelings.

The medical community is just flat not letting this go. Unreal the amount of respect I've lost for doctors and the medical establishment since covid.

When required to wear a mask back in covid times, I'd say without a doubt that I touched my face more due to the stupid thing. Also could tell my sinuses were quite unhappy after wearing one for even just a short while.

And so much evidence that they don't work - at least not the loose fitting surgical variety
