I'm conservative but I'm not afraid to break some eggs to say what I need to say with family and close friends. I think that's a first born trait too. One of my nieces has a trans friend and she asked me what I thought. I said her friend was mentally ill and needed to seek therapy because no matter what she did she would never be a male. That was fun to watch her reaction, but she listened and started to understand why I said what I said.

I told one sister she's was making a mistake to vote for Biden because of her Trump fatigue. I told her to stop being weak minded and think about her family - she has all boys. She now realizes that that lone vote for a Democrat was a mistake, is back to her original roots, and cracks dementia jokes about Biden.

Otherwise, I avoid talking politics in public.

US Attorneys and the AUSAs that work for them only go to trial for cases they have a very high probability of winning. And there are so many cases out there that they are selective, generally choosing "bigger" cases.

Prosecuting illegal "immigrant" crime has become a low priority, even for felons, because of the current administration. Even under Trumps administration illegals didn't have to worry about deportation unless they were a violent felon. Any POTUS could change that. None have.

Set up some huge trebuchets on the border, fling any illegals back across the river, and any judge, DA, or anyone in the justice system who allows these folks back out to run free in the United States.

Set up contests on pay per view, like furthest distance they fly in the air before landing, or closest to a tree or rock on the other side. Use the funds raised to build a wall, or put crocodiles in the river, etc.

The only issue I see with this is, unlike Punkin Chunkin', there's nothing that rhymes with "illegal alien criminal" to give it a catchy title.

The reason he was out so early for his kidnapping conviction is because the conviction was vacated (I couldn't find why it was vacated) and he was allowed to plead guilty to unlawful restraint in exchange for being sentenced to time already served.
