A Portland judge/jury.

He has about as much chance as Trump does of a fair trial in D.C.

is he suing as a hate crime?

Interesting to see if he is suing individuals, the person funding Antifa, or who actually the defendant is.

Also, interesting they did not try to get a change of venue.

Portland seems one of the worst possible places for this lawsuit to happen

Also consider that the only purpose of Antifa is to be the Brownshirts/KKK for the Leftist in the 21st century.
Antifa will know every jurors name, family members and home address and do what it takes to get the right verdict.

He (Andy) spent a considerable amount of time identifying those that assaulted, and put him in the hospital. Most, if not ALL, are Portland scum. The video is hard to watch. He's barely able to stumble away from the people swarming him. They are VICIOUS. I don't think it's going to end with an easy victory for ANTIFA. Over the last 3 years (and before), the people who make up the jury have seen their city turned to absolute sheet. We might be surprised at the outcome....

The value in the lawsuit goes beyond the win/loss. Think about the discovery and what we can find out about the organization that FJB and the rest of the Dems/commies call 'an idea, not an organization.'

We know better and there is strong evidence that Soros heavily funds. It would be great to get this into the public record.

ANTIFA is a well organized communist organization with leaders, but they go out of there way to NOT identify any leaders because they can be targeted.

People are moving, not just out of Portland, but completely out of state! Businesses closing (downtown) on the regular, because they've been robbed/vandalized 4+ times.
