I don't know the details of this process but meat=muscle and muscle is made cells which are made with proteins which are made of amino acids. If they are producing meat, then it by definition has amino acids.

This. People have been pushing free range, grain fed no antibody organic chicken for the past 20 years and now they want to forget all that and push chicken grown in a Petri dish with all sorts of unnatural chemicals, hormones and processes.
I'd rather eat a raw pigeon off the street in NYC before I ate a lab grown piece of this.
