These proclamations always make me laugh. I remember seeing a huge fancy house in the Queen Anne neighborhood in Seattle that had a sign in the front yard that said it was on stolen Duwamish land or some such. And my thought was why the hell don't you move out and give it to the tribe. They could use the money.
