I understand your point. I feel like if this was a murder investigation this gets proved one way or another in about two seconds. If they have the message. They have the data on date/time and other things tied to it.

There is no way there isn't logs of everywhere Biden has been since he's the former VP with secret service on him.

How hard is it for either the Feds to prove Hunter was truthful about him sitting next to him or the WH to show with easy proof he was not?

Politics is infuriating sometimes.

No, it is evidence of exactly that. It may not be definitive. You may not find it persuasive. It may be hearsay, or it may be an exception to the hearsay rule. But it is evidence Joe was present.

Had a guy on Newsmax last week that was trying to make folks understand that Republicans lost the Senate slim margin and barely control the house. He said lots of what they do takes 2/3 majority and they don't have that.
We had a chance at mid terms to change all of that perhaps and the majority of the country "appears" to be fine with everything or we would have had the infamous " red wave".

Yesterday ABC reported that the Lawyer stated that Hunter should not be held responsible for words he may or may not have said while under the influence of narcotics.

There are time dated photographs of Hunter at his father's residence just hours after the time stamp of the conversation with the Chinese showing Hunter in the drive behind the seat of Joe's corvette.

The data and schedules indicate Joe and Hunter were both at Joe's residence that day so it is plausible they were in fact both present for the WhatsApp messaging.
