I've predicted that eventually all the founders will be targeted as well. The TJ memorial in DC will come down at some point in the not too distant future.

The fault this week is slave ownership. It will morph into something else shortly. The goal is to find a reason to erase all our history. It's part of our journey to communism.

It is far easier getting your shallow "victories" by removing statues, changing names of military bases, renaming streets and buildings, than making the changes necessary to improve your lot in life. Proven time and time again.

You're right. I don't know much about you. But if you support desecration of historical monuments, I've got a good idea of who you are.

I support local control.

I also don't believe in this myth that taking down of statues erases history. I imagine Schuyler is still taught in NY schools but as some point we always move beyond these individuals to another topic. Some good, some not. At one point, people thought it was important to have the statue up. Now some think it should come down. Just like they did with statues and portraits of King George. I'm amazed that we even know who he is after talking down all those relics.
