Unfortunately, Texas politicians love to make **** up and hamstring their political foes. Until I see proof that he did something, I am considering this just another baseless attack. Okay, I knew all of this, but I'm a bit more confused. These allegations and the settlement amount are not new, nor Paxton's request for public funds to do it.

Agreed completely, but there are way too many "conservatives" that only care about not letting the big bad D's win that they would rather vote for the establishment R candidate in the primary because they have the best chance at "winning" vs the big bad D.

They foolishly do not realize that the establishment R they are suckered into voting for was likely placed there in cahoots with the D's to keep up their good guy bad guy scheme to keep gov in power and people weak.
