You have to work within the system to a point to change it, for instance the media is overwhelmingly liberal as is the bureaucracy. You have to beat them at their own game to an extent and THEN you can change the rules. Otherwise you will just lose because they will keep you tied up with controversies or red tape.FireAg said:

I think trying to constantly adapt to different rules is precisely what got us into this mess...
I think Rs need to find a way to rewrite the rules and fight fire with fire...Rs need to fight back against the Left...not find ways to coddle them...
And in that sense, I applaud the things that RD is saying on the campaign trail as we speak...I just think he is struggling to reach the audience at large he needs to reach...

BTW, your main criticism of DeSantis seems to be he isn't getting a "splash" in the media which is because he is trying a different approach and not giving the MSM oxygen the way Trump does.
