Don is on tape talking to people without security clearances about invasion plans on Iran. That's beyond serious. DeSantis '24. Donnie is a danger to National Security.

This is not a good line of attack in the primaries with Trump and the sources and motives are extremely suspect. So many good reasons to have a new choice in someone like DeSantis but these document witchhunts aren't it.

Meh.... that doesn't move the needle for me. Trump's own words are enough to know he's a buffoon... I don't need a radicalized media that I don't trust making flimsy allegations.

Trump folks now going after DeSantis for being mean to reporters. lol. DeSantis is in the middle of an event talking to voters and answering anything they ask him and the reporter asks him "Why aren't you taking questions from voters?" He responds, "Are you blind?" Apparently this is bad and he should be nice to reporters asking stupid questions I guess? I mean Trump is certainly known for that.

The fact that his biggest pumpers/fluffers online are Loomer, Brooze-witz, and this "johnny maga" clown says a lot about the state of his campaign.
Trump folks are going all in with this when everyone else is laughing at the AP Reporter and praising DeSantis. Wut?

The mental gymnastics for a Trump supporter to make this statement are astounding. Another one tried to say it was a "voter" he responded to and when it was pointed out it was a reporter they responded with "Reporters are voters too!"

Trump folks saying DeSantis is acting like an ******* though is just chef's kiss!

If a President wants to discuss classified material with someone without clearance, this it is considered to have been declassified. Same as if a President during a live press conference shows a classified photo to the media.

And using The Bulwark as a source? Might as well use Rolling Stone, Salon, or Slate.

It really is looking more and more like a cult. Not necessarily homoerotic in nature, but there is a weird undying adoration and blind sense of loyalty to Trump that I just cannot understand. Many of them would do ANYTHING he asked...even if it violated their values/morals.

The difference in discipline, focus and breadth of subject knowledge is enormous. Desantis 1 on 1 vs Trump is going to be very lopsided in Desantis's favor.

The Dem-Media complex undoubtedly know Trump is the far weaker candidate so it will be interesting to see how they try and kneecap Desantis in the early primary states.

I'm starting to think that all these MAGA gotcha tweets are actually subvert Desantis ads.

Tweet: "Look at how crazy Desantis is! What an *******!"

I think its more grift $$$ than true loyalty

Looking through that guys timeline (apparently this Dilley dude is BIG time on Trump twitter) and all I see is him and couple others calling people DeSimps and posting bad memes that wouldn't have been funny or edgy in 2015, let alone 2023.

Trump will never allow himself to be 1v1 against DeSantis. He avoided it with Cruz and he will definitely avoid it with Ron. What DeSantis needs to do is just keep pushing Trump to have to do more events and not hide so that the appearance become more and more striking.

Trump is in a tough situation because he is feeling forced to have to do these small venue events like the ones in Iowa and those make him look small. So much of Trump is the image of flying in on his jet and speaking to huge crowds of people that love him. He's also good at the East Palestine type stuff where he shows up at a McDonalds and buys everybody lunch or sends pizzas to the cops. Standing on stage in a small venue of people sitting down and answering questions forces him to have a straight up comparison to DeSantis and he just doesn't look good. Trump is all about the mystique and star power and you just don't look like a star talking to a bunch of blue hairs in a room of 100 people talking policy.

Problem is I don't think he could do multiple events in a row and pull 10k people. He might be able to do it once a month but not 3X per week. So he risks having an event with poor attendance and looking really diminished.

Trump needs that imagery or else he is toast and I think that's where the attacks on DeSantis are really hurting him. Even among his base there aren't many folks who want to go listen to Trump come up with new nicknames for a well liked and very conservative Governor that has a lot of skins on the wall. It turns people off.

The language he used in the tape showed that he considered the documents still classified.

In any event, even if you are correct, I can't see DeSantis ever being so careless. Another reason to vote DeSantis.

If you are ever expecting Trump to say anything about the vaccine other than how amazing a job he did with Operation Warp Speed and taking none of the blame for mandates or side effects it's not happening.

https://nhjournal.com/trump-loses-nhgop-rep-endorsement-to-desantis-over-treatment-of-fox-news-host/

Donald Trump's treatment of his former spokesperson, Fox News host Kayleigh McEnany, has cost him the support of a New Hampshire GOP state rep. And, NHGOP insiders say, the repercussions from his attacks on his longtime aide and ally continue to reverberate.

Rep. James Spillane (R-Deerfield) was on stage with President Trump at the Doubletree in Manchester on April 27 when the former president announced that more than 50 GOP House members had endorsed his candidacy.

But on Thursday, Spillane told NHJournal he was pulling his public endorsement of Trump and backing Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis in response to Trump's treatment of the popular Fox News personality.

"I can no longer continue endorsing former President Trump," Spillane said. "I am officially withdrawing my endorsement, as his most recent attack on Kayleigh McEnany is beyond comprehension and explanation. Against my deepest hopes that Trump had learned some measure of control, he has attacked those who have been his staunchest supporters with no regard for their loyalty."

Spillane is the fourth state rep to flip from Trump to DeSantis in the past few weeks.

For Spillane, Trump crossed a line with his own base of supporters.

"The people of New Hampshire, and the people of this nation, deserve messages of positivity and hope, not negative attacks and degradation as we have seen is the hallmark of the Biden administration," Spillane said.

"I cannot condone the vitriol and disregard for others that Trump has been exhibiting, and I withdraw my endorsement immediately. I am endorsing Ron DeSantis for president in 2024. I pray for the nation that DeSantis remains true to his positive messaging and continues on to win the Republican primary with his vision of positive American success," Spillane said.

Rock solid as always. Addressed the insults but didn't respond. Praised Trump for the good things he did. Talked about differences in policy. Reverts back to saying that if Trump had stayed away from that type of thing he would likely still be in the WH and that we need to focus on issues that people care about, especially Independents. He is really, really good at this.

Amazing. Trump's own War Room tried to push off comments he made TODAY as if they were 2 years ago.

I'm starting to really believe the reports that his campaign is complete chaos, the level of disorganization and trip ups is just staggering.

The best point he made was when he said "You don't win 60% of the votes in a swing state like Florida like I did by alienating the voters."

BOOM!

There also isn't anything he said that the legacy media could skew or take out of context like they could with Trump. Hell, they didn't even need to take things out of context with some of the stuff Trump said.

The other thing is if they try to he has a Rapid Response team loaded with receipts and he is lightning quick on his feet as well, just as he was with the "Are you blind?" comments today. He's just a lot faster and smarter than they are and unlike Trump he has a real strategy in place with tremendous discipline. He's not going to give them low hanging fruit.

I am simply dumbfounded how awful of a politician Trump has become.

and how ANY rational and intelligent Republican can support that buffoon.

speaking about "name changes of syllabic, it's syllabic- during a campaign you should change it before or after not during I liked it better before some people don't know what I am talking about"

seriously how cany any person over the age of 12 support this guy?!?!

says the guy who SPENT FOUR YEARS AS PRESIDENT AND DIDN'T DO IT

with two years including a GOP majority in the House and Senate.
