It's a common issue for those of us who are evangelicals. We tend to forget Paul's admonition "What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside?" 1 Cor 5:12.Bearpitbull said:
A man is touring heaven for the first time. His guide offers... Over here are the Catholics. They are sharing a little wine. A little farther down the hall here are the Presbyterians. You can tell them by their love of V-neck sweaters. They are discussing their love of golf. He goes through each group and finally gets to a group at the end of the hall. The guide turns to the new resident and says "Quiet please. Those are the Religious Conservatives. For this to be their heaven, they have to believe they are the only ones here! Walk past and don't say anything".
Christians, on the right, love to judge who is not doing thing right.
It's the tension of discerning those who don't know Christ and sharing the message of hope found in the Gospel. Still doesn't mean we're silent on issues of culture and faith.
