Hawg, you know rules, laws and norms no longer apply in NY.

If they cannot find a reason to lock someone up, then they just need to change the law or otherwise make something up.

They will make a law that says if you do not pay a judgment within 3 days of being found liable under this new law then thats a crime and you are jailed until you pay it.

Not to give them any ideas.

I'm so confused. We are continuously told that women and men are equal. Biological men don't have a natural advantage over women in sports. Yet here we have a healthy 30-something(?) woman that couldn't avoid repeated sexual assaults by a feeble 75yo man? Our justice system is as much clown world as our federal government.

Which I think is bad for the argument that this law did not violate ex post facto.

To be constitutional, it would have to lremedy an injustice". 100 or so cases does not seem to meet the criteria in my opinion.

Ask the basic question. Why is this coming out, on the day of Durham report, after the false case / judgment against Trump last week, under a law created out of thin air to target Trump and associates, all leading up to a POTUS election.
