If true, there goes 50% of their audience.

Sounds like he pissed someone off, or its time to move Fox more to the left.

There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." - Sir Winston Churchill

He didn't seem to fix the Fox agenda.

Yeah, that would kind of be a 'bud light-esque' decision I would think. I don't watch it live but his clips/analyses have always been pretty good, imho.

The people running Fox News have to be some really dumb mofos.

They really think they are going to be able to keep market share and make money by becoming just like CNN and MSNBC? Fox has been shifting leftward for years.

If this was the horizon, no wonder his speech at Heritage went hard.

Last good thing on Fox is now gone. No need to watch them anymore

One also has to wonder if this has to do with the Dominion settlement. How much did Tucker push the "rigged machines" line of thinking?

Yep. The nighttime lineup was the only really conservative thing left on Fox News so expect the rest to be purged as well.

Wow. I thought it might be fake news, but it's on their website:

He reminds me of Glenn Beck.

Started off really strong with good information and gathered a strong following. At some point the conspiracies and fringe information took over and it was time for him to move to an independent streaming platform.

He'll still provide some good info and good reporting but his feelz will remain a distraction for most viewers.

And then the "conspiracies " were proven accurate.

(We need to stop the conspiracy labeling as it's usually accurate and not a conspiracy at all)

That makes no sense. FNC crushes the ratings and Tucker crushes above all. It's likely internal disagreements on certain things and/or failure to agree to terms on a new contract. If I were him I'd be asking for a **** ton of money whenever that contract was up.

No matter how triggered the left gets from FoxNews and tries to spread the false narrative that Fox is THE only bias major network in news...the fact of the matter is that Fox was never a right-wing network. They are just as corporate as any of the others. I would imagine Tucker questioned the govt far too much for the company line.

He'll get a ton of viewers wherever he ends up though.

Now THAT would be entertaining.

Barring some kind of personal scandal, I would be surprised if Fox fired him based on his ratings.

If he quit, would think it's one of two things (maybe both):
1) He was being reined in by Fox. If so, I'm sure the timing with Dominion settlement isn't coincidental.
2) He is about to enter into the fray as a political candidate himself. He's been discussed as a potential Presidential candidate before, but with 2024 being all about Trump/Desantis feel like there's been no talk of this lately.

we live in a world where if you pay your bills on time and have good credit moving forward you will be punished on your mortgage with higher rates to help pay for losers who don't pay their bills.

nothing makes sense that's why this makes so
much sense.

I am sure that is an excuse of theirs. Bongino and now Carlson.

FNC is not a conservative network and has not been in quite some time.

I am guessing Hannity is next.

going to find out real quick just how "right wing" Fox is by seeing how they handle his exit.

Im sure theyve got unnamed producers lined up to accuse him of sexual harassment, rape, racism, etc.

Obviously, none of the other networks have worried about ratings. They are pushing an agenda.

Fox is joining them now.

This is sorta crazy. He was the one banking money for the network. I mean, I didn't watch and I didn't agree with the majority of the crap he spewed. And let's be clear, he wasn't news. It was an opinion show.

He was their cash cow. Not sure anyone can step into his place to bring the eyeballs to Fox News at night.

I wonder if this was part of the Dominion settlement?

I would enjoy it if nothing more than watching the overreaction. He's the Left's new favorite media boogeyman. They act like it's their mission in life to get Tucker banned forever.

I see a concentrated effort on search engine leads to go after conservatives. They are really after DESantis

Call me tin foil, but this is organized silencing of the right.

... and most will just accept and go on with their life as they know it, until they wake up with nothing and the big WTF.

Fox isn't some ideological bastion. Never have been. They merely saw a market to take advantage of. They're a company out for profit first and foremost. If they think that swinging more center-right will net them more $$$ then they'll gladly dump folks like Tucker. Especially if they feel like they're garnering bad pub and attracting lawsuits.
Secolobo

As discussed, that's why fox settled. With tucker's departure it proves it's not about money.
They needed an excuse and now they have their excuse to purge...
