The frustrating thing is that the federal government (we the taxpayers) paid them to do this, at least indirectly, with all the Covid funding. Biggest scam in the history of our country.

They might have had the idiotic and scientifically upsupported idea that it would lower insurance claims because they were stupid enough and self delusional enough to believe the the vaccines were working after we rolled them out and they didn't really do much.in real world application. The zealots refused to believe they were largely wrong.

This being Anthem's Medicaid health plan in Kentucky, I'm sure this was spread throughout the country in Anthem's Medicaid health plans in other States. This is a good example of value-based payments gone wrong

Physicians working for hospital systems, Health Science Centers, and government agencies are still under pressure to push boosters. However, many are resisting management.

My doctor at S&W asked me once if I wanted to get the shot. Told him nope and he said okay and never brought it up again.

I didn't mind him asking me, but if he had tried to pressure me into it, I would have found another doctor.

This was back when the shots were first made available to everyone. Never had a doctor mention them since.

Had to go to doc yesterday. I need to find a new one. He is with Houston Methodist and they still require masks and he stands in opposite corner of room entire visit…. Didnt hassle me this time on covid vaccine, but I am sure I am marked in their files….

No I get it. Our pediatrician, whom I actually really like and respect, so does my wife, was pushing the vax hard on me for me teen sons in the summer of 21. But within a few months he completely dropped it. Like it didn't even exist. Something scared the sh** out of a lot of the medical community about the vax, way after the fact.

Docs have been paid incentives to give vaccines for years, which is why they push them so hard. A handful of patients who refuse can cost them tens of thousands of dollars.

Family member was going to a specialist who was highly regarded in field, but was a true believer and kept pushing the jab, mandated masks in the office, etc.

She was shocked when she inevitably caught Covid (despite getting shots as soon as eligible). My pureblood/stem/texag ass had a good long chuckle about how I could have a much more accurate expectation of how things operated in HER GENERAL DOMAIN than she did.

In the spirit of Goodwill Hunting: she was highly educated but hadn't been reading the right stuff.

Yes this is 100% true.

There were threads on here talking about it at when it was happening.

Doctors abruptly stopped pushing the vaccine over a 2-3 week period around that time.

Turned off like a light switch. Not just localized to one area either.

I'd like to know what was said.
