If we want to worry about an invasion look no further than our own southern border. I don't give 2 damns about the Ukraine or Russia, I do care about our country being invaded by God knows who and we are letting them walk right in and giving them health care, housing and cell phones.

Because we are ignoring serious issues at home to fund a proxy war we created when overthrowing a democratically elected Leader of Ukraine in 2014, Ukraine and CIA provoked Russia by violating the Minsk Accords and killing btw 10,000 - 15,000 Russian dual citizens in the Donbask Region.
This war is for money laundering and to continue to prop up the military industrial complex.
The ramifications from this are yet unknown; however they are likely to be devastating and long term.

Until the US political class regains some semblance of a cohesive foreign policy across administrations and parties supported by a common national identity and purpose...boots on the grounds anywhere, at any point, is going to get a lot of pushback.

It's crazy enough to have an open border with folks from Mexico coming over but there are folks from Europe/Asia/Africa as well with no real effort to actually stop it. And it could be stopped dead with just the 10% from the big guy on what's going to Ukraine.

If USA has boots on the ground fighting, we might be at war. USA used to require approval from Congress to go to war, but permanent government bureaucracies and authoritarian communist regimes don't need approval from the peoples' representatives- they can just do what they want.
Some people might think these are big deals.
Some people think clowns running our state department and foreign affairs are leading us directly to WW3 and possible nuclear Armageddon at worst, and helping bridge China, Iran, and Russia closer together and our long time allies further away from us at best.

This was well known in Europe and in banking circles and people in the financial industry.
Money from the west would get sent through Ukraine. The deck would get shuffled and it would get sent back clean. This was standard practice for a decade or more.
It was happening in plan sight. Everybody was in on the game. US and Europe, Russians and anybody else. Everybody knew the game and played the game.
Nobody had clean hands and any of this. It's all a facade and has deeper roots than any of us will ever understand.
This is all bs and there is no sense to be made of any of this. Like I said, we along for the ride. It is what it is.
