Legal folks... at what point could/would a distributor have grounds for legal action ( I presume civil) against AB? If your tasked with selling a product that by action taken by the patent company the product has been rendered unsellable, and therefore the hit to your business.

I'm guessing a lot of this would be buried in the details of those distribution contracts.

Also... 60%??? HOLEEE MOLY! Be interesting to see if that was a one holiday weekend thing, or if we're starting to see the truer number. Lots of beach, lake, river weekends coming up.

Harley Davidson has already been rumored to be in financial difficulty before this bud light campaign.

Seems like covid was a windfall and discretionary spending is falling fast.

Heard from a friend in the industry that motorcycle lots are full and they are expecting RVs and boats to follow.

So for them to knowingly get involved in this bud light donkey-show is the stupidest decision imaginable.

Motorcycles, boats, and RVs will become increasingly tough to purchase. Little or nothing down and 2% for 10 years was fine. But now the mortgage is 6%, gas is ~$3 a gallon, and weekly groceries are way up. Until wages bump all but the absolutely most financially stupid or sufficiently high wage earners won't be buying ever increasing amounts of toys.

That said, any clue when UTVs will be coming down?

Just read a bit this morning that AB InBev is majority owned by a couple Belgian families and a group of 3 Brazilian families (collectively they own 50%+).

At the end of the day, those wealthy ****ers own this mistake and the decline of the traded stock is glorious to see.

No forgiveness for AB. Destroy them. Beer will still be drank and those caught at the retailers and distributor levels will eventually settle out with other companies as their volume increases.
