Corporate and residential tenants have been deserting Chicago, in particular the Magnificent Mile, for quite a while now. If they continue to elect mayors who don't support the police, and DAs who won't prosecute crime, there's no reason to believe that won't continue. Who wants to be a target for crime??

What do you think makes Chicago immune? Democrat lunatics have hollowed out city after city. St. Louis, Detroit, Baltimore and others are already done. Chicago & L.A. are well along the same path. Houston, Dallas and Atlanta have fallen over the edge and started the conveyor belt ride towards the crusher. Its a long slow ride over a period of decades, but we can see where all are eventually going to end up.
