The video is glorious. It's a woman who got fed up with people who think seasoning is Lawry's seasoned salt instead of actual fresh ingredients. She's still fighting people about this in her Tik Tok.

The seasoning police are on to her now and have been blowing up Twitter and Tik Tok. This is the same group that also washes their chicken with dishwashing soap.

Uhhh... Now let me dig back into my wayback machine and ponder for a bit. When seasonings were first introduced to the west (Europe) they were extremely expensive and consumed heavily by the upper class. This was largely to cover the taste of minor spoilage that could occur in meats.

So now white people NOT using seasoning is racist?

Hmmm let me check the chart here:

If YT don't season his food: RACISM! He thinks seasoning is what poor minorities do to make their poor people cuts of meat taste better! His rich cuts of meat don't require any seasoning at all and it keeps his food pure!

If YT does season his food: RACISM! Not a single herb, mineral or other flavoring agent exists anywhere naturally in Europe and so the only way he has seasoning is violent colonial exploitation and cultural appropriation of People of Color!

Spices are awesome… but things like fresh herbs, peppers, onions, celery, carrots, and kosher salt are better every single time.

Ready for the spring. Got some pots with cilantro, basil, green onions, thyme, rosemary, and oregano growing on the porch already.

I eat a TON of spicy or heavily seasoned Asian, Indo-Paki, and Latin foods. Oh, and heavily seasoned BBQ from a black guy who runs his own joint down the street. Is it ok if, in my racist conquest for flavorful foods, I am at least financially supporting minority people from these groups who are catering to racists like me, or should I just stop being racist and giving them my money?
