Even if the 3rd shot was not fired in self defense, this would be what is called voluntary manslaughter and would carry a max 20 year sentence. It will not be a murder charge. Manslaughter is a killing due to "sudden passion arising from an adequate cause." Prosecution must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it was not a sudden passion from an adequate cause and was intentional.

He's still up and moving and they're still entangled after the third shot. Looks totally justified from what I see here.

The first shot is clearly self-defense and justified. The third shot may SOUND gratuitous from her words, but again it is out of scene. As others said, they may have been continuing to struggle.

The second shot is interesting, the sort of thing I bet a Soros DA in a "duty to retreat" jurisdiction would have a field day with. It looks to me around 0:12-0:13 she tries to disengage and take a step or two back, but then the dumb MFer reaches for her gun again. All while already shot and saying "I'm sorry".

Idiot got what he deserved.

The account of the "Journalism" is definitely framed to suggest the final shot was execution style. I'm sure the MSM will pick up and roll with the same narrative. By the time any jury sits on the case, they will already have a preconceived notion what happened and likely have never seen the video.

The other side of these stories no one gives much thought to is the impact this has on the law abiding citizen protecting themselves. They now have to live with the fact that they took a life all because someone can't keep to themselves.

Come on now. Life isn't that simple. Try to use some sense here and apply the 'wait for the evidence' logic.

Depends what else occurs between shots 2 and 3. Example of good shoot:

1) 2nd shot fired
2) I told you I'd kill you
3) Dipsht dead guy lunges for her again.
4) 3rd shot fired - all is well here

Example of bad shoot:

1) 2nd shot fired
2) I told you I'd kill you
3) Cop stands over dipsht dead guy writhing in pain on ground.
4) 3rd shot fired - that's a bad shoot and an execution.

Three or four years ago (could be more), a Bryan PD officer was being charged and attacked by some aggressive pos (D)ogcrap loser. Fearing for his life, he leveled the guy. All the officer said was "don't make me do this.", before he fired, and that was enough for him to lose his job.

No -- The libs deserved to be called out at every chance we can.

They would have preferred the woman defenseless and unable to stand up to the gentleman who she killed -- he was obviously a pillar of society, and deserves murals, statues, and eternal accolades for being the victim he was.
