My kid was across the street from the union where most of the shooting took place. He and his two friends are driving home the longs way. Shooter still at large.

It's crazy. Either multiple shooters or the guy is running around campus which is pretty big. They have yet to make contact with any shooters. More possible shots fired at another building.

But even worse is the libs and their leaders who instantly politicize these events to chip away at peoples basic rights and make good honest people even more vulnerable to attackers. 45000 students - 3 different shooting locations. Monday night on campus - lots of activity, meetings, studying. Campus alert (similar to A&M's Code Maroon) said "run, hide, fight". Praying for safety for the students and staff and parents of those students. Ugh. Awful.

It's also just scarier. Men with a plan and a hardcore ideology who are relatively sane and know what they are doing is just more disturbing to me. They are all going in knowing almost certain death. They're all on the same page carrying out an almost religious mission.

That happens with every single active shooting. Most people will think any loud noise is a gunshot unless they've had training or been in combat.
