This guy is so fn full of ***** I'm on major construction projects right in his backyard in Washington DC constantly and the overwhelming majority of workers on those sites are Hispanics. Second would be white. Blacks won't work in construction. I've worked on numerous projects downtown where you have to run the gauntlet of black thugs and homeless to get from the metro station to the job site where there are help wanted posters posted outside. Most projects in the District also have to meet very onerous hiring regulations requiring a certain percentage of DC residents on the project plus set-asides for minority owned subcontractors. Blacks don't apply. I don't know if they think its beneath them, they're just lazy or what but it's common knowledge that it's incredibly difficult to hire blacks for construction jobs.

I did see several years back, many more black guys on road crews. t\They seem to be gone now.
