more details from press conference:
'very very small objects'
'we wont go into detail into shape of objects'
'difficult for pilots to say a factual, scientific-based description'
'not able to categorize how they stay aloft'
'cant say they are a balloon, calling them an object for a reason'
WTF?

It almost sounds like China has stolen our secret antigravity technology and they're using it against us, but of course, we can't talk about it.

They should have flown a C-130 over the top of it with a giant net hanging off the back ramp and recovered it fully intact. Enough of blowing this stuff up.

So if they don't know what these things are, I guess that means no debris has been recovered? That seems pretty weird given it's been several hours.

It's pretty clearly Chinese or Russian tech that the government doesn't want to address.
All this alien nonsense is just ridiculous.
If it weren't for civilians seeing these things, we'd never know it was happening.

Something tells me imaging/radar/surveillance technology budgets are about to grow significantly. That nato general is maybe a good guy, no idea. Mizzou grad.

Probably just a coincidence this is all happening a week after GOP-led hearings about twitter censorship/coordination in media by the FBI/gov't agencies.

I believe essentially not a single word out of our executive branch nowadays. Yes, DoD is part of the executive branch.

Is it clear?

Clear that it's not aliens.
It's incredible how gullible/naive/ignorant some folks are.
The same folks who most days thjnk the government is full of it, somehow think it doesn't apply when it mentions anything ET related.

Is it possible that they are deploying drones over the US using the balloon? This takes me back to the 2019 drone sightings in Eastern Colorado, Western Kansas and Nebraska, and over my own farm here in the Texas Panhandle. I don't think those were Chinese because why would they put blinking lights on them, but it does make you realize it wouldn't be that illogical to imagine a foreign power using them for espionage in some fashion.

I think, whatever this series of events are, is tied to testing the US (and maybe Canada's) ability detect objects entering its air space at various altitudes. Not necessarily flying over to take pictures or something. That's all on Google maps.

Idk. It is concerning these things enter the airspace seemingly undetected until some sort of event. That seems like a vulnerability.

Quote:

We may not know the identities of all the mysterious craft that American military personnel and others have been seeing in the skies as of late, but I have seen more than enough to tell you that it is clear that a very terrestrial adversary is toying with us in our own backyard using relatively simple technologiesdrones and balloonsand making off with what could be the biggest intelligence haul of a generation. While that may disappoint some who hope the origins of all these events are far more exotic in nature, the strategic implications of these bold operations, which have been happening for years, undeterred, are absolutely massive.

Our team here at The War Zone has spent the last two years indirectly laying out a case for the hypothesis that many of the events involving supposed UFOs, or unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), as they are now often called, over the last decade are actually the manifestation of foreign adversaries harnessing advances in lower-end unmanned aerial vehicle technology, and even simpler platforms, to gather intelligence of extreme fidelity on some of America's most sensitive warfighting capabilities.

"If we do have what we would call a 'red threat,' one of our traditional enemies that are using some type of perhaps new technology, or hard to identify technology that is out there in our working areas soaking up our waveforms and our radar and our sensor and our comms, watching our tactics on a daily basis, it's a major, major intelligence failure to have these things out there. And because they look slightly different than what our average threat would look like, everyone wants to ignore it. So if we had a Chinese or Russian fighter jet flying out there watching us it would be a major deal. But because it looks slightly different we want to ignore it."

Last response to this argument…
It's common sense. These are either foreign or domestic aircraft/objects that are being used to test us and our response. The government "not ruling out" anything ET is just pure diversion to keep another layer of distraction in place. The fact that that has to be explained just proves that their statements are effective.
