Only in the federal government can you get away with saying 1,000,000 new jobs when it actually is 10K.

Ask any CEO what would happen to them if they vastly overstated something on a financial statement and see what happens to them.

BTW... this is what happened with the Violent Crimes statistics. Many Democrat run cities where they Defunded police and have Soros DA quit reporting numbers. Places like NYC, LA, Chicago, SF. The places that had the highest increases completely quit reporting their numbers.

As a result, things looked safer than they really have become.

I give great credit to Trump for pointing out what a swamp DC is. I always suspected it was bad, but not this bad. And Trump really shined a bright light on it (one of the reasons that the democrats and GOPe hated him so much).

But Trump gets absolutely no credit for doing anything about it. It was bigger and bolder than ever after his four year presidency. He was all talk and no action on the swamp.
