How does this redditor know so much

Many think that user, "Insidelooking" is the killer and were calling him out (and notifying authorities) well before the arrest.

As mentioned earlier in this thread this user registered on Nov 22nd; 1122 is the address of the crime scene. Despite several dozen posts daily, this user hasn't posted since the arrest.

The only time since the account was created where there wasnt any activity, was a few days in mid December, which now correspond to the killers cross country drive from WA to PA.

Who know if it is him. There are some coincidences though and the user seems to know some inside information

That account has been deleted by the user, after BK was arrested. A mod said that the account wasn't deleted by Reddit and was done by the poster themself. If that's true, then it wasn't BK.

How does d m report the assailant had bushy eyebrows if he had a mask on? This case is beyond bizarre

It says in the affidavit the mask only covered his mouth and nose

Maybe learning how DM saw the killer, we now know why they never released the 911 call. Possibly DM is the caller and she's saying someone was in the house at 4am. Police did an excellent job concealing this detail. This part is the affidavit completely shocked me.

That was a shock as well as the sheath with DNA. Excellent job keeping those items from leaking. I believe the police were trying to protect DM as there was a killer on the loose.

Why the delay in calling the police. And it looks like he killed the upstairs couple first.

The picture is in the affidavit.

Where is the pic of sheath in the affidavit? Is there a portion that is still sealed and we only see Exhibit A?

Why couldn't it be BK or someone related to him? If I posted a bunch of self-incriminating evidence on a public forum, then better believe I would have someone delete it after getting arrested.

I suppose any serial killer is fairly socially liberal, at least when it comes to themselves. Maybe he was fiscally conservative, though; more of a libertarian.

If the account was deleted by the user, then it happened after he was arrested. At a minimum, this helper would have to be willing to commit obstruction of justice (and possibly be considered accessory after the fact) in a quadruple murder, receive instruction over a recorded jailhouse phone, and it's the internet - in reality there's no deleting anything from the internet.

The poster on Reddit, who many think is the killer, is adamant X&E we're first then K&M, with M&X being the targets. This poster is also adamant about the order in each room (E, X then M& K)

This would have the killer walk in the sliding door turn left to X's room, attacking E then X. Then walking out going up the stairs , adjacent to Dylan's room, attack M & then K, then down the stairs passing Dylan's slightly opened door as he turned left exiting the sliding door on the rear porch.
He had to kill the young guy first else all hell breaks out. I m thinking the coward that he is, slits the throat of the young man as he sleeps or buries his knife into the heart, instant death. Then the POS attacks the woman who is found dead in the bathroom.

Evil possessed creep and needs to be sent to his master in hell.

Unless I mis read the report earlier….no one was found in a bathroom. Ethan was on the bed, Xana was on the floor beside the bed, the girls were in bed together upstairs with the sheath on the bed next to them
Re read the statement of Bret Payne and you are correct. She was found on the floor of the bedroom.

Well it was dark outside at the time and I believe she saw him out the window (could be wrong). Even if she saw him inside, I doubt it was lighted at all. It would probably be pretty difficult to see blood on black clothes in that context.
she saw him in the hallway- he walked right past her

that's exactly what she states in the affidavit.

He also hadn't lived in the area long. After seeing some of the other decision he made, I could see him being so ****ing stupid that he actually didn't know how to navigate back to Pullman going a direction he hadn't gone before or didn't plan to go.

and yet he had been to the area of the home MANY TIMES and was too stupid to actually plan out ingress and egress

any relatively intelligent teenager would know to leave the phone at home, drive a rental without plates, park a mile away, hike in and out, not bring a knife sheath, then return the rental a few days later.
