I'm starting to wonder about some of my fellow TexAgers!

Yep, a lot of info from Ags how to get rid of evidence.
entire threads and years of history go missing here all the time.

The trick is to put the gloves and booties on AFTER the murders on the way home.

Then just clean everything from the inside out.

I figured out who the suspect reminds me of - younger version of one-armed man who killed Harrison Ford's wife in The Fugitive. And just as creepy.

I believe they do. Either that or dark blue or dark grey.

Before BK's arrest, the reddit account that other reddit posters suspected was BK's account and posting the Idaho murders subreddit, mentioned that maybe the killer used a stun gun in addition to the knife.

I know how stun guns work but do they leave marks on the bodies? In particular the ones that are applied directly to the skin and not using the taser probes? Just curious if that would be something the ME might or might not be able to detect?

Anyone know?

Thank you. Check that one off of the list.

Now let's go to the Door Dash call.

Yes, they supposedly can leave small burn marks depending upon the duration of application and strength of the device.

I think one of the investigators wanted to exhume JonBenet's body to confirm stun gun marks he thought he saw in autopsy photos.

Next queston: How does Door Dash work? Do they text the recipent when they arrive? Do they have instructions as to which door to use and to leave it outside? The affidavit of PC says only that "Xana received a Door Dash order" which is not the same as saying she ordered it nor who paid for it.

Moscow's local Jack in the Box lost their lease and closed back in 2014. The two closest still open in 2022 were in Pullman (just down the road from BK's apartment) and then Lewiston, Idaho over 30 miles away from Moscow.

These investigators interviewed Door Dash and the Pullman Jack in the Box on the timing. Door Dash has a 2:45 AM cut off for placing orders either by phone or online BUT orders can be scheduled for a later delivery. JITB closes from 4AM to 5AM for cleaning the kitchen.

Makes the timing here wonky.

I said from the beginning that 4am door dash seems strange.

I also think it's odd that there has been very little mention of the dasher when talking about interviewed/cleared individuals.

I may have just missed something, but was BK dashing?

Interesting.

I've only read that the doordash driver was identified.

I mean if he was that sure does jack with the theory of his phone was in the area to stalk the victims but rather just making deliveries

My understanding is the Door Dash driver was extensively interviewed and had alibis given his travel history delivering other orders. Simply didn't have the time at that location to have committed the crimes. That would have been quickly proven by a quick download of his phone. Addresses, delivery instructions, texts about arriving with the food, etc. all time stamped.

BUT what is missing from the affidavit is any mention that it was in fact Xana that placed the order in the first place and when. Granted, that might not have been that critical to the officers and attorneys compiling the affidavit but from a timeline POV, the time of the order, how it was paid for and who ordered it would be helpful.

It's all done via app and oftentimes left at the door. Fair chance anyone in the house had no interaction with DoorDash guy

Thanks. Since I live in the country with zero deliverey services, I had no idea how those work

I've only done delivery a couple times. They take a picture and text when food is delivered. I THINK there is an area for comments or special requests.

But for the time of day [or night], one of my neighbors works odd hours and another house is students and I've seen [via my security camera] food deliveries in the 2-3 am range at both houses.

Chris mentioned this company https://gladiator-forensics.com/ as to how law enforcement uses cell phone geolocation among many other things.

(The same geolocation that critics of 2000 Mules says is deboonked.)

If the food delivery guy has been cleared, I don't see why the Door Dash order has any significance to anything. What exactly are y'all suggesting?

I don't know about here, but in other sites people are speculating that Bryan may have placed the order.

That would have created an incredibly strong tie btwn BK and their house and would have been in the PCA, IMO.

I guess I don't understand. Why would he do that?

I haven't followed this case terribly closely and most of the info I get on it comes from this thread. And while there's a lot of good info, there also seems to be a lot of searching for meaning in everything that led up to the murders. But conspiracies are very rare, as are evil geniuses. This is looking more and more like a solitary sociopath who became obsessed with one or two of the girls. He's not a Bond villain and almost assuredly acted alone. I'm just confused by the highly unlikely rabbit trails/conspiracy theories.

BK was circling around the neighborhood at least three times that night. Was he getting his nerve up? Or possibly be waiting for a particular sign or occurrence?

Xana and Ethan were back at the house by 2AM. They had 45 minutes before Door Dash stopped taking orders but up until that time, would still take orders for future deliveries (say like the next morning for breakfast). So the details of that order, when made, by whom or was Door Dash so swamped that a 2:45 AM order would not get delivered until 4:00AM? Was she advised of that when placing the order? Those communication and the timing are missing from the affidavit.

So you have been partying all night, order from DoorDash but okay not getting food until over an hour later? Just kind of odd how the affidavit is worded about that.

Speculation that he somehow tapped into her account, not placed with his info.

I still don't see what any of this has to do with the murders. Why would you expect a probable cause affidavit to go into excruciating detail of a fast food order that has nothing to do with the crime?

And I definitely remember Gumby's pizza having long wait times at 3:00 am back in the 90s. People seem to be seeing things that aren't there just because they don't remember what it was like to be a college student anymore.
