So whose fault is that? The entity charged with maintaining voter rolls? The state/local election officials doing the turnout estimations? The paper vendor? Isn't that Dominion?

Here is a hint Shi, they're not. A&M's student body is one of the most conservative of any public university.
All of the replies are saying this is proof that it will be a "blue wave" because the youth vote is going to vote almost 100% Democrat, and none of them are ever included in polls.
