DFW & Houston are individually bigger than the whole damn state of Arizona and we had our results available before the Wednesday morning coffee was brewed.

FFS... THEY'RE CHEATING!

98K ballots released. Lake netted 9K votes. Under 100K ballots left.

Florida is 22mil and we knew at 8:01pm who won every race. The only delay was Florida is in two time zones, so there could be no announcements until all polls closed.

These western states suck at elections or the look of fair elections

No where close to what Lake needed. In positive news, the Republican in CD1 took the lead with this drop.

Still having a real hard time grasping how most all the "delayed" votes go democrat.
By "delayed" you mean the votes that are getting counted now, ie votes that arrived by mail or were dropped at a ballot box?

You see, republicans have spent the past couple of election cycles vilifying any voting methods that aren't same day, in person voting. Therefore, most of the votes that get cast in the mail or a drop box will be from people who DON'T think it's evil and satanic to vote that way, ie democrats. If you want a more even political distribution from the ballots cast by mail or drop box, then first you have to convince and encourage your voters to vote by mail or drop box.

Does that clarify things for you?
I'm still waiting on the Hawg explanation of how it's at all possible for BOTH NUMBERS to go up AT THE SAME TIME, it just doesn't make any sense and doesn't add up..

Always enjoy posts from this kid who knows absolutely dick and actually thinks democrats are still the "working man's" party.

Hawg is a LOT more accomplished than you.
Feel free to show me a single, solitary time I've ever voiced anything but contempt for the Democrats, I'll wait.

Accomplished in the field of law and posting about football doesn't make you an expert in cybersecurity. Spending "thousands of hours" staring at rumble videos about how "no actually this one is actually cheating" doesn't make you any more knowledgeable in how wifi networks are secured.

I'm sure the tax law expert has plenty of useful thoughts to bring to the table though, maybe you can tell us how they aren't filing their forms properly.
You and your three socks that starred that stupidity should be ashamed. But shame is never on the menu, is it.

Prove with actual admissible evidence the election is totally free of issues.

You can't. So you have lost the argument. This is not aout proving a negative, at f***ing all.

It is about proving chain of custody. DO THAT!
Oh boy. I edited my post to try to not flame you about your field, but good lord.

"Prove with evidence the election is free of issues"
"Prove with evidence the election has no issues"
I may be a humble biochemist, but that to me reads as a negative - proving a negative.

In this specific instance, you posted two links to videos of the same thing, election pads showing the number of voters checked in going up near the end of the polling time.

What is your intent? To offer evidence that should bring doubt on the election, yes? But when faced with a simple, obvious explanation (I'm sure you've at least heard of Occam's Razor), you immediately dismiss your own evidence.

You offer circumstantial first-hand "evidence", with jumbled and nonsensical techno lingo that you undoubtedly cannot follow yourself. You regurgitate the talking points you've seen from "specialists" and "experts", that anyone with the capability of typing "google dot com" can explain.

Sorry for the stupid question, but I haven't followed closely to this point: It appears that the democrats are yet again cheating their way to a House majority, just like they did to get Biden in office. Is this basically where we are right now??

She needed about 60% and got about 55%. 95k left in Maricopa and 40K left in Pima. It's not looking good for her.

Eligible But Unregistered + unsolicited Mail out ballots = a government for the vote counters and by the vote counters.

35/50 States. ERIC system.

Aggiehawg has been all over this from the jump.

The spirit of democracy has always been to debate and find popular answers to troubling problems. That always meant you had to pitch your ideas and convince the voter that what you have in mind is the best solution.

It has now devolved into how many ballots you can count instead of how many actual voters you can convince to vote for you. That is not how ideas win and lose in in a functional republican marketplace.

Now you know why the Dem base has basically been hypnotized into repeating the mantra "Voter ID is racist", but can't explain why. And if they do, they dont know the data behind their position --or how its base assumption-- is not only wrong, but completely racist. It's purely projection.

And now you know why having ******ed puppets easily elected thanks to conveniently branded "Red Mirage" to rubber stamp totalitariansim and not face any backlash is supposed to be just how it is now. Otherwise you're an election denier.

This goes beyond the public facing structure of SoS offices, how elections are run, and anything the "people" can actually influence. How many color revolutions has our same government performed since the late 50s?

They are really, really good at this. Why wouldnt they use this knowledge to kick an outside guy out...and once that guy is out, now we gotta keep it going...and then "it's like a boot stamping on a human face - for ever"

If Lake "loses", she should not concede. Fight it to the bitter end.

This will never stop until we make them stop.

I think she's down 15k votes. She needs something like 58%. Depends on where these votes come from.

No it doesn't. She's a "R" so she's toast. Interesting how NONE of the establishment folks (including our TX senators) are saying anything about this. Unfortunately I think this was decided before election day.

I don't think there's cheating at all. I think Lake is correct that they're slow rolling her votes just to keep her behind at all times. For instance, they're keeping the strong GOP drop locations last which is evident with the late vote gain but this was pure ballot harvesting. No way 30 and under turns out like this for a mid-term.

Just optically this is a horrible look.

Perception matters if you want people to trust the results.

Even if the results are legitimate, if the people are suspicious due to the lengthy delays, I can't blame them for feeling that way.

We should know the answer to who won an election that same night in 99.9999% of cases, and in extenuating circumstances no longer than 24 hours later

Better believe it. Forget those who call the board an echo-chamber. Take an informal poll "outside" on Main Street and ask them if they believe the midterm results. Then ask them if they think Washington serves the country. Don't get into weeds or details, just that.

from what I understand, alot of "D" voters voted in the (R) primary for the weaker candidate that could be beaten in the general election

Depends on what you mean by "ballots." Ballots that were printed out from BMDs or pre-printed and went through tabulators, no.

But if people turned in their mail in ballots, still in envelopes and signed, dated to an election center on election day or the weekend before, then those went to Runbeck to be scanned.
