Less platitudes from both candidates?

Do we really want to watch Beto/Abbott give some random speech that results in a bunch of seals clapping like you see on bill Maher. Joe Rogan podcast vibes are better.

I think what would be much better would be allow an audience but the moderator would need to exercise a lot of crowd control. Then toward the end they should do Q&A. Since there wont be a town hall debate.

The audience if vocal would be very distracting.

Beta is so bad he actually makes Abbot look good. Pretty hard to do. After Covid shutdowns, and a failure to secure the border I have no use for Abbot. I'll vote for him, but only because he isn't a communist.

Not sure that both aren't globalists.

I think it is pretty sorry that candidates across the board duck out of debates or do it away from people nowadays. Kind of cowardly. It seems to happen all the time now.

Go back to F35 if you're not going to answer the question as to why Beta is better and this kind of response is going to be all you're going to bring to the table.

And the debate is not in Uvalde. Explain why what happened in Uvalde is Abbott's fault.
