Not "muh representation"

'This is not the representation we're looking for': Netflix is slammed by 'disgusted' and 'gobsmacked' viewers after adding LGBTQ tag to Jeffrey Dahmer series

Netflix has been slammed by viewers after adding an LGBTQ tag to the new Jeffrey Dahmer series, who have raged: 'this is not the representation we're looking for'.

Many called out the streaming platform - who have now removed the tag - saying they were 'gobsmacked' and 'disgusted' at the choice.

Another quipped: 'Guys my favourite LGBTQ series on Netflix is: Rupaul's Drag Race, Dahmer, and Queer Eye.'

Someone else said: 'No way they put an LGBTQ tag on the new Dahmer series like PLEASE.'
Not everyone was against the idea however, as some pointed to the fact that the show does explore LGBTQ+ injustices at the time.

'You've got to take the bad along with the good,' wrote one, while another said: 'The Dahmer case is a huge part of LGBTQ history, it's important people know he got away with so much.'
I wish they'd put a damn filter on that degenerate filth and let me decide what gets displayed on my screen.

Tried to limit to those out of the closet, but you could certainly make that argument

Watching that whole series was just a catastrophic failure of the police and justice system.

Believing Dahmer that the drunken and drugged 14 year old boy in his underwear was his 19 year old boyfriend. Never bothered to check despite the women screaming at them to make sure.

Giving him one year of prison, with 40 hours out to work every week and keeping the reason for his incarceration quiet, because the judge knew he deserved at break, despite molesting a 13 year old boy.

I remember the whole thing but this went into depths I never knew.

Hope he is frying every single day.
John Wayne Gacy was sick, too. Most serial killers are. Dahmer was just more shocking because of the cannibalism stuff.

But one of the sickest out there was HH Holmes. Widely regarded as one of the first known serial killers on America.

Every time I hear that phrase I think of this episode and song.

Not *Watch* it... but to filter out the genre entirely so the icons don't even show on the screen. This way even their craptastic editors choice recommendations, or the whole genre for LGBTQxyz doesn't even show up on the menu.

For example: When my kids are watching a show that I've approved and it ends while I'm in another room they can't click on "She-Ra", "Ridley Jones", "Chip & Potato", etc. because there's a cool princess looking girl or cute dog on the icon and get groomed by the gay/lesbian characters on the show.

All I'm asking for is a content filter for the family, so that stuff isn't even on the menu.

I can see where the show is totally unhelpful to the groomers.

(secretly the first gay Batman actor)

batman has ALWAYS been gay.

guy with a thing for cats.
lives in a closeted mansion
likes to dress up in dark black leather
has a cape
occasionally has bat nipples
has a thing for young male wards

The 60s show created the Aunt Harriet character to hang out at Wayne Manor because they thought a show about a wealthy bachelor living alone with an unrelated young man was going to raise too many eyebrows.
