Correct, Italy has been inundated with immigration from North Africa; so much so that place like Naples are unrecognizable as Italian. A good chunk of the electorate there seems to have had enough:

Way less than that. It's already out there. Try to google her speech. All the approved "far-right extremist" versions show up first. You can't even find her speech unless it's filtered through the lens of the media.
