Just today walking out of Lowe's this guy comes out of the garden section of Lowe's with a mask on all by himself in 105 weather, keeps it on the entire walk across the parking lot and unloading his car. May have even worn it in his car

COVID has permanently broken people the way the depression permanently broke some of our Grandparents

Just like some of them decades later still stashed cash in the mattress, reused plastic bags and never let the car get less than 2/3rds empty, there will be people that for the rest of their life seek the safety blanket of a mask

He's probably worn it so long now he doesn't even realize he's wearing it. Probably puts it with his wallet and keys and night and it's part of the routine now.

I have a new criteria for any particular activity. If I have choice whether to do it or not but it requires wearing a mask, I simply don't do it. Some places you really don't have any choice - doctor's office, work (for some), etc.

A shop or a restaurant that requires a mask? I'll take my business elsewhere. A concert that requires a mask? I probably don't care that much about the band anyway.

I'm done with masks.

I absolutely think it's mental illness and those that have been brainwashing should be in jail.

It's going to take something really big and really tragic for people to wake up and realize they are in a trance. The stuff we are putting up with from our government is maddening. Especially when you realize 1/3 of the labor you put forth every day goes to fuel the career of a politician or government employee.

Truthfully it's been a few months since I was asked to put on a mask in a business, but a local concert venue still requires it.
