Sound like she was drunk and had a close call with a passing vehicle. That naturally would make her angry. So she was crude and vulgar, and repeatedly touched the driver, which, after all, meets the definition of battery. Then if she later she really did put notes on his door, she really is crazy, or extremely stupid. Still, there's no way calling people should result of more severe punishment. Punish her for the crime she actually committed, not the name calling.

Exactly.
Most people here have seen so many "assault" charges that were later dismissed.
The online stuff and assault threats against her should be punishment enough.
