No it was Alex Epstein on Crenshaw's podcast. I know many don't like Crenshaw and I disagree with him on some of the political stuff, but I appreciate his podcast because it's usually in the interview format and focused on in depth policy issues. Exactly, we have a house on the gulf coast on the water. Been there for 24 years. Water level is still the exact same. **** will fall apart on you quickly though because it's salt water not because it's rising.

Best wind for power production close to high population density.

The Marine Corps Air Station at Beauford, SC was upgrading their infrastructure to prevent the week long power outage, and complete loss of productivity that occurred when the last major storm blew threw and knocked down half the 50yr old power lines. The entire project was to put it all below grade. Had nothing to do with "climate change"…
