Could be. Of course there is always the possibility it doesn't fail. They have shown they want Sri Lanka trajectory -- what if it includes the sequel?AgNav93 said:That's my guess too. Then take it away from the policy imposers. Are you saying Dan Crenshaw was warning of this?aggieforester05 said:
I recently listened to a Crenshaw podcast with an energy expert on there discussing how these people are actually anti energy. They don't want alternative energy to replace fossil fuels, they want to take us back to the Stone Age and reduce our energy usage period. That's why they are so opposed to nuclear. If you watch how they behave, he's right.

With Fauci's defacto resignation, all the signs point to Dems internal numbers showing a blood bath they can't stop
So their goal now is to burn down the house and salt the earth around it in the hopes that Republicans can't undo all the damage they've done and they can instead use the MAM to blame them for the fire and salt
Chrenshaw takes a lot f flak around here, and much of it for good reason.aggieforester05 said:

When your party controls Congress and the ballot box "lawful" is whatever you say it is.MouthBQ98 said:
Is that lawful? If it is, we need a constitutional fix to restrain such a self serving political emergency declaration that is used purely to escape the constraints of having to pass legislation.

Curtail movement of fossil fuels in trains, ships, and pipelines.
Well. That's one way to absolutely wreck the country. Pipeline movement of fossil fuels. Wow. Nicely done Joe.
...and excess $ eventually gets to banks who (thanks to fractional reserve banking) are allowed to lend out 9x more than they hold. So 4T in extra currency in bankers hands means 36T in circulation.GenericAggie said:
Mostly due to high energy costs?
No. It's due to the 2T unneeded money pumped into Americans' pockets after the other 2T. That's four effing trillion dollars so dumbasses can buy more TVs and $1200 apple phones.
If he has turned on the WEF agenda it makes up for pretty much most things.Kenneth_2003 said:Chrenshaw takes a lot f flak around here, and much of it for good reason.aggieforester05 said:

That said, his podcast is damn good. He brings a lot of interesting folks on there and just lets them talk. I highly recommend giving it a listen.
Why bother with that? All you need is a few sympathetic judges that don't care about the law and there are a LOT of them.duffelpud said:When your party controls Congress and the ballot box "lawful" is whatever you say it is.MouthBQ98 said:

In other words, having a legislative branch is completely pointless now. If you don't get your way the right way, then just have your President be a dictator.Quote:
"The potential to enact the legislation is dead," Senator Jeff Merkley, an Oregon Democrat, told reporters on Capitol Hill Monday evening. "This then frees up the president to use the full powers of the executive branch. And those full powers certainly include a climate emergency."
