Dems are clearing the path for Newsome in 24. They know he is the only one they have who can run against Desantis

The Democrat machines placed a corrupt, senile, over the hill Biden in office. They showed that they can put anyone there.

So why not Newsom? The entire country would love to have thousands of drugged out homeless people defecating in the streets of every town and city.

Joe Biden has the lowest favorability rating in history just 18 months after getting the most votes* in history.

How can that be?
Easy. Start by taking partisan feelings out of it and simply look at numbers. First, you're wrong. You're looking at Biden's lowest approval rating (33%) which certainly sucks, but that's a couple individual polls, not the average of all polls taken. Look at the poll site, five thirty eight, which averages all polls taken and reported. Several other Presidents had approval ratings that dipped lower. Trump's approval went from a low of 34% to a (very brief) high in the upper 40s and was below 39% at the time of the election. Pretty much where Biden is now. In contrast, at THE TIME OF THE ELECTION Biden's approval rating was over 50%. Add in that due to a lot of "for and against" feelings resulted in a 2020 voter turnout (67%) that was considerably higher than usual and the voting age population was several million higher as well, and both candidates got huge vote tallies - with Biden getting the most.

That's how it can be.
To add to this:

Biden was ONLY elected because Trump was so hated. People here cannot seem to wrap their minds around the fact that Trump was historically unpopular.

Biden is the most bland, milquetoast idiot of a president. the only people who like him are old establishment Democrats. He is quite disliked by much of the left now because he's so weak and worthless as a president. He is not fighting near as hard as the right and he's getting a lot of criticism for it. Throw that in with the GOP hating him and there's a clear reason his approval is so low (this is in addition to inflation and gas prices).

Almost no one wants him to run again in 2024.

Biden is not at 39, he's at 37 per the RCP average, which is lower than Trump was at this point in Trumps presidency. That's pretty damn pathetic given the fact that the media is in bed with Biden.

Nate Silver is a hack liberal idiot. His accuracy has been shown to be complete bunk.

Biden won via ballot harvesting and unlawful election law changes.

Trump got the most votes ever by an R nominee and it wasn't close. Thats not "unpopular", at all.

Biden won via ballot harvesting.

He has a 45% floor, like any Dem.

Females like him because he's nice looking. That could put him over the top.

Think about this...

the polls were attempting to lower the Trump percentages back in 2018.

The polls are attempting to raise the Biden percentages right now.

And he's still posting at 37-39%.

The real number is probably <35%.

Absolutely. He will get the Dem floor of 40% plus much of the middle who just want the noise to stop plus suburban women.

I think Biden has a 30% floor. Nixon was at 24% when he resigned. Think about that.

If the media was covering Bidens corruption crap with Hunter the way they covered Trump, I believe he would be near that floor, with people like Larry Culpepper and that type supporting him.

Biden was supposed to stop the noise.
For their vote, the middle idiots got baby formula shortages, war in Europe, the first official U.S. unconditional surrender in Afghanistan, real inflation of 15-20%, supply chain screwups, evaporating national sovereignty, etc., and the noise hasn't stopped.

But vote for Newsom because he had nice hair and the noise will stop this time, as your teenagers end up dead in the streets with a drug overdose from drugs brought by cartels supported by the U.S. government. And don't worry about the slave traffic that will continue to flow across the southern border.

Newsom is extremely vulnerable. The Democrats might as well run Cuomo. You just need to run videos like this:

Anyone could beat him in a fair election.
Of course, who knows what depth will tyrants go to gain power?

I guess my question is....who is going to see it though? Vast majority of media getting eyeballs won't show that. FNC will but non-California Democrats don't watch that and if they saw it would probably write it off as fake.

Nope. As much as they want to prop up Mayor Pete, the hispanic and black community will not get behind a gay man for POTUS. With as much ground as they've already lost with hispanics, they can't afford a candidate that will further alienate them.

His smug standoffishness is only surpassed by Kamala.

Not so sure about that. By the end of the campaign, California and Florida will both be painted as such utopias by each campaign that we'll all be clamoring to move.

Try to understand. As Larry Culpepper wrote in his response to my post, Biden is a weak, pathetic shadow of what we need in the White House. Despite that he was far more popular than Trump at the time of the election, which translated to getting more votes. The same election rules that let him get more votes applied equally to Trump voters, which is something that Trump lovers conveniently ignore. Is Biden a good President? Hell no, and his ratings show that people don't care for him. Despite that, the polls show they'd vote for him over Trump again. Not a good picture for Trump. As to 'illegal' law changes, it was Republican led legislatures that passed those laws to handle the extraordinary circumstances of voting during a pandemic. And again, those laws applied the same to voters of both Parties. Like him, hate him, shrug at him in indifference, Biden got more votes as the preferred candidate. It's history and time to move on.
