Actually it's closer to 1.5% for the Big 3 (Rape, Incest, Life of the Mother). The Debt said:Aggie95 said:and those circumstances account for approximatelyAgs4DaWin said:

I would think most states outlaw abortion because the majority believe that abortion is murder.Quote:
A fantastic move by state GOP legislators would be to handle this the right way and work on legitimate limited reasons for abortion in states they have full legislative control of.

Quote:
"I will never agree with anybody disrespecting the flag of the United States of America or our country," Brees said. "Let me just tell what I see or what I feel when the national anthem is played and when I look at the flag of the United States. I envision my two grandfathers, who fought for this country during World War II, one in the Army and one in the Marine Corp. Both risking their lives to protect our country and to try to make our country and this world a better place. So every time I stand with my hand over my heart looking at that flag and singing the national anthem, that's what I think about. And in many cases, that brings me to tears, thinking about all that has been sacrificed. Not just those in the military, but for that matter, those throughout the civil rights movements of the '60s, and all that has been endured by so many people up until this point. And is everything right with our country right now? No, it is not. We still have a long way to go. But I think what you do by standing there and showing respect to the flag with your hand over your heart, is it shows unity. It shows that we are all in this together, we can all do better and that we are all part of the solution."
Quote:
"I know there's not much that I could say that would make things any better right now," Brees said in the video. "But I just want you to see in my eyes how sorry I am for the comments that I made yesterday. I know they hurt many people, especially friends, teammates, former teammates, loved ones, people that I care and respect deeply."
Brees who struck a nerve with his comments on Wednesday about how kneeling during the national anthem is "disrespecting the flag" said it was never his intention to be hurtful.
"I wish I would have laid out what was on my heart in regards to the George Floyd murder, Ahmaud Arbery, the years and years of social injustice, police brutality and the need for so much reform and change in regards to legislation and so many other things to bring equality to our black communities," Brees said.
"I'm sorry, and I will do better, and I will be part of the solution. And I am your ally. I know no words will do that justice, that's going to have to be earned."

People hate on Brees because he caved to BLM and supported a rapist child abductor.

Theres a reason why DeSantis is waiting till after midterms for special session. This issue is a loser for them, if it wasn't an abysmal economy they'd be in trouble.Bunk Moreland said:

But then again we're talking about state Republicans here so they'll **** it all up and make midterms much closer than it should be so who am I kidding.

I didn't see any Burrow interviews until he made it to the draft process, but I don't think there's been a top tier quarterback drafted that I've more quickly thought "that kid is not that bright" than Burrow.
If you do not think that the pressure on the up and comers with unlimited potential to be placed on the PCL (potential cancel list) is not off the charts, one would be crazy to doubt it. I'd be every up and comer has a small army ready to approach them with the max pressure at the right time.Horn_in_Aggieland said:

Not going to put words in your mouth but you're seriously not implying the only major problem we have right now is economic, right?
You don't get low 30's approval ratings from the economy alone.

I said economy in my initial reply, surely you don't think economy and inflation are separate issues?Clown Baby said:TXAGFAN said:When it's this bad and you've failed to deliver on platforms for your base (who aren't switching) re: things like student loans, yes.Clown Baby said:TXAGFAN said:Theres a reason why DeSantis is waiting till after midterms for special session. Ummmm yeah, I think it's a bit more of an inflation issue than student loans.
It's just an example, but student loan forgiveness isn't even as popular as the left would lead you to believe. Turns out, working class people don't want to bail out worthless degrees for upper-class kids with their tax dollars. The problem is the government being in the college loan business in the first place.
Then he should have special session now to make it illegal like it is in Texas, why wait 6 months while all those abortions happen?Stlkofta said:You are the one who said he was running from the issue.TXAGFAN said:Oh 15 weeks is ok now? Let's pass that in Texas.Stlkofta said:
