Great but sad for a few of them

Some young stupid lib women eventually figure it out and become great conservative mothers

Some young women are so full of themselves and caught up in the moment that they can't possibly conceive the twilight of their lives when social justice crusades will pale in comparison to family relationships or lack thereof.

Their lives will be filled with regret and always looking backwards.

Good luck with that.

I don't really care if women get elective tubals at a young age but a significant portion really will regret it and it is not considered a reversible surgery unless you use certain techniques and still very unlikely.

Since the doctor bears the liability and this person is obviously not mentally stable I don't blame him/her for saying no. Would you want to be on the hook for this nut's liability? I wouldn't.

An iud is a great alternative with an extremely low failure rate. If any possibility of pregnancy is unacceptable then don't play hide the sausage. Problem solved.

Agree completely. For any sterilization procedure, the doctor will do an evaluation to make sure the patient is not someone who will end up regretting it. If you've had your kids, and you and your husband are happy, they will tie the tubes up. Same with men and a vasectomy if he and his wife have had their kids and are done. They are not likely to do it to young people who haven't really reached the age when the desire to be a parent starts to get overwhelming. A 22 year old woman has certainly not reached that point.

So, like I said, if she can find a doctor who will do it, go for it. I don't think it likely that a doctor who takes their oath seriously will perform the procedure for her, but there will likely be one out there who will. I also believe she will regret it within 10 years, even if she won't admit it publicly.
