Why not? The case against him is incredibly weak. Part of the game they played with Flynn was to bankrupt him with attorney fees until he caved.

Even conservative attorney Jenna Ellis said that it would have been better to attend the hearing and simply take the 5th as opposed to the risk of being indicted for not showing up.

Will be interesting to hear the DOJ's defense of the leg cuffs. At 72 years of age, I doubt he could have done an OJ through the airport terminal.

He should just declare his innocence every time they ask him a question. Make no other statements. He should sue the feds all the way to the Supreme Court . They violated his constitutional rights and he can represent himself. If they assign him a lawyer then he should ignore the lawyer.

If you want to know why he was arrested go to the 14:15 mark....this guy might be the ONLY person in DC with principles.

Got to respect this man for taking on the federal gov. I don't care to read his book, but I will buy it to help fund his defense....bc he's got balls.

Meanwhile Hunter is in a luxury rehab somewhere probably still doing crack - costing taxpayers thousands to house SS agents - who might be needed should he loose another notebook or gun.
