As if we didn't already know how unhealthy being overweight was, we knew for a fact pretty quickly COVID affected the olds and the fats, yet people refused to do anything about it. 2 years later still the same crap. I had let myself go pretty bad but the one positive about COVID for me was in got my butt back in gear and to the gym.
