LE doesn't have the bodies to disburse this many people without being really heavy handed and leading to a bigger escalation that goes beyond what LE can control at all. As long as it is not physical, LE is gonna balance risk reward.

Also it's DC, so the mayor sucks and the majority in this cesspool support this, so no political necessity.

If we're being fair, not everyone calmly walked in to the Capitol. That being said, this stuff is reprehensible. It's one thing to protest outside someone's place of business, quite another to do so at their private home. The distinction between public and private is central to the reasoning in Roe, and it's kind of sad that seeming supporters of Roe don't get that. We need a return to proper civics education in this country, and a return to civil discourse rather than simply shouting at and trolling each other.
