Not making up anything. The majority of Americans support varying levels of abortion legality. Abortion will NOT become illegal in all states if Roe v Wade is overturned, meaning women who can afford to travel to will continue to have abortion access. And the usage of abortion pills continues to grow, and will do so even more when other abortion options don't exist.

And even the most hardcore anti-abortion activists know that the Democrats are going to use this decision as a way to fire up their members. As far as whether you'll "win", I don't believe for a second that you will. The only question is simply how long it will take for all American women to regain their bodily freedom and abortion rights.

The dirty truth is that both side of the aisle like the abortion debate. It fires up the base and fired up people write checks. I'll be very happy if RvW is overturned because I support distributed government over centralized one-size-fits-all government. I share the belief the founders had in states rights. But most of these abortion ban laws at the state level are going to be very hard to impossible to prosecute and there will still be activist doctors willing to perform abortions or provide abortive meds and activist DAs that will excuse them. We should have learned by now that you can't legislate morality.

Both sides should be spending their efforts and money to make abortion obsolete instead of illegal. There are lots of alternatives to pregnancy and abortion. That's where the focus should be but that approach doesn't fire up voters.

I purposely used the term "fascist" to describe liberal, fascist storm troopers because they remind me of Hitler's Nazi's storm troopers. From burning books, to destroying property and killing people whom they disagree with. (i.e., blm, antifa and democrat politicians that support their behavior - all of them).
