I don't have any personal experience but I do have friends who have made some poor life choices and are paying for it (literally) dearly. I don't think there are any issues with the current laws, which seem to require substantial financial support from the father whenever possible. Rather it's the substantial amount fathers who have no jpb/income to speak of (who are generally the type to leave their baby mommas hanging anyways), or otherwise skirt the current laws in place.

Certainly we can all agree that both parents should share some individual responsibility, financially and otherwise.

Laws already on the books which say if Roe v. Wade is overturned, abortion is instantly banned.

Some states have laws which predate Roe, and will go back into effect if the legislatures don't change it.
