Not politics related: I remember seeing North Texas State (NTS) play U.T. a very tough night game almost 45 years ago when Haden Fry was their coach. On a 4th and twenty-five, on their own 30 yard line, NTS subbed a third string quarterback in as punter and had him kneel down in the huddle so no one could see the number on his jersey and realize he was a quarterback.

North Texas State broke the huddle, lined up in punt formation, and the third string quarterback passed for a first down to the surprise of everyone in the entire stadium.

I never have trouble figuring out which ones are the far-left activists.

Yep, told my kids long ago that is a "You go there, you are paying for it, not I." school. UT was another. As a parent, I wasn't going to spend a ton of $ to have my kids unlearn what I taught them then learn a bunch of indoctrination trash. UNT sucks on so many levels.

I started my career doing oil and gas in Justin, TX. We would go hang out on Fry Street and run into a bunch of North Texas goobers in Denton.

I had enough exposure to them there... I literally skip over resumes if I see people apply to my company who went to UNT. It is a deal killer for me. Dont need that cancer in my place of work.

I remember a game that the cheating sip refs were up to their usual tricks and called a bogus touchdown on a play that was 2 yards out of bounds to let them slip away with an unearned win.

Does any one of those protesting students look like they would be employable?

Drove by UNT wanting to see their campus since I had never seen it before and just wanted to compare to other Univ.

A good friend's parents went there in the 60's, and told me that a couple of UNT students had joined the Manson clan on his journey west. Someone else can double check that, but it seems to fit the profile of a North Texas State student.

UNT has long had a solid YCT chapter. Glad they are still doing good work.

The leftists probably have unwittingly given this man a larger platform because the temper tantrum will reach a wider audience than his speech at UNT would have.
