Most doctors are highly intelligent people. However, the covid response has exposed many that are not critical thinkers, and are just good at regurgitating what they're told.
Additionally, the lack of independent thinking and the love for appealing to authority by the entire population has been exposed, not just some doctors.

Below is commentary from a good friend of mine that is a hospital administrator for our largest Cancer Facility in Ontario. Very smart person, different place in this scenario, different view. Not entirely invalid from her perspective but certainly narrow.
This morning I am furious and disappointed and furious
some more. I drove from Grimsby to St. Catharines and
with every overpass I became more furious. This trucker
**** show (and I know some of you support this) is one of
the most disrespectful and selfish acts I have seen. This
is a **** you to every person that has tried to minimize
spread, to every teacher who has taught online to
minimize spread, to every family that has lost someone,
to every person suffering in isolation to minimize spread.
It is a giant **** you to every healthcare worker that has
been hailed a hero one day and spit on the next, who has
worked beyond what is reasonable, who is terrified to
bring this home to their families, who has born the
trauma and mental distress of watching people intubated
and die in ICU, who have watched healthy people
become disabled from long covid. For healthcare leaders
that have had to work countless hours to plan and replan
every part of the system to help care for people (some of
whom spit in the face of the science that heals them).
And to you supporting this I say **** you! Unfriend me
because your selfishness and indignation at
inconveniences make you someone I don't want in my
life.
COVID has broken many people. She sounds fun.

Justin Trudeau literally ran away from his house in Ottawa to not have to face working class people and answer to them for his policies.

I don't really try to engage with my friends on this stuff. Many cannot take it and they simply aren't coming around because of me.
I think its better to leave them be. Maybe someday their minds will be open. It won't be because of me.

Justin Trudeau and his family leave their home in Ottawa for a secret location amid security concerns as thousands of 'Freedom Convoy' truckers march in front his office in protest at vaccine requirement to cross the US-Canada borderBy GINA MARTINEZ FOR DAILYMAIL.COM
- Justin Trudeau and his family have left their Ottawa home amid security concerns as demonstrators marched up and down the streets in front the Prime Minister's office to rally against the vaccine mandate
- Protestors could be seen carrying copies of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, while others carried signs reading 'God keep our land glorious and free,' 'Make Canada great again,' and 'we are here for our freedom'
- The convoy set out from British Columbia on Sunday and was cheered by hundreds of Canadians as it made its 2,000-mile journey to protest vaccine mandates
- Since mid January, Canada and the United States have imposed a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for foreign truck drivers crossing the border between the two countries
- Canadian drivers are unable to enter the U.S. unless they are vaccinated, and U.S. drivers are unable to enter Canada
- Furthermore, unvaccinated Canadian drivers returning home must get tested and quarantine
- Unvaccinated American truckers are not forced to test and quarantine when returning to the U.S.

What do you mean 250k people are blocking the trucks from getting in? Are these counter protestors or are they aligned with the truckers?Grapes said:
I'm going to guess its at least 250,000 plus people now and they're blocking the majority of the trucks from getting in.
I'm using my Aggie game crowd experience to gauge it.
Every side street that isn't blocked by the police is clogged.

He's estimating that there are 250k protestors and "they" (the authorities) are blocking others.
