yes instead of asking for a manager or complaining to corporate he berated teenagers who make minimum wage and assaulting hem totally the logical way of handling that situation .pdc093 said:
I sympathize with the customer. He went back spurred by the fear of his son's allergic reaction which made him angry. Instead of producing the manager, they immediately start mouthing off and take no responsibility for ignoring his request to omit an ingredient. REGARDLESS of the reason, they eff'd up, and THEN gave the CUSTOMER the business, escalating the situation.

If you owned a fast food joint, are those the kind of employees you'd hire? If so, you'd be out of biz pretty darn quick.
The guy was wrong for assaulting them and he's paying the price, but those employees are dummies who should be fired.

Just saw tv play the video and showed he ordered a peanut smoothie and hold the peanut butter. WTF??
That's bad parenting and potential child abuse. CPS should investigate.
You seem to have pretty high expectations for high school aged girls and how they should answer the ragey moron.Marcus Brutus said:Valtrex11 said:yes instead of asking for a manager or complaining to corporate he berated teenagers who make minimum wage and assaulting hem totally the logical way of handling that situation .pdc093 said:

11 blue stars for bragging about wanting to hospitalize a teenage girl. This board truly is a mental asylum.

Dad is a dumb***. If your kid has a deadly allergy, you better be checking the food. I do.
Trust no one. Especially a fast food worker.
