f*** this dictator! It's about time to take the country back from these authoritarians.
Think they have been in place for international flights for a few months now, right?Kvetch said:

The airline CEOs need to fight this immediately if FJB goes through with this on Tuesday!
FJB and his Marxist inner council are literally destroying the economic viability of this nation.....
This crap has got to be stopped ASAP for the survivability of this country!
But it is going to SCOTUS and OSHA is backing off.Rapier108 said:Won't do any good.Viper16 said:

The 6th Circuit says the feds can do anything it wants in the name of "public health/safety" and the "old normal" of when the feds had limited power is gone and will never return.

But there's probably more to this story than the official company line from OSHA. A separate report from Reuters reminds us that the fight isn't officially over yet. Challenges to the ruling by the 6th Circuit had already been filed before the ink was dry on that ruling. And it's very likely that we will see the Supreme Court taking up those challenges in short order, so trying to rush all of the employers into beginning enforcement of the mandate before SCOTUS has weighed in would be risky indeed.

The Occupational Health and Safety Administration said Saturday that it would not issue citations tied to its coronavirus vaccination mandate before Jan. 10, so that companies have time to adjust to and implement the requirements.
The federal agency separately said there would be no citations of companies regarding its testing requirements before Feb. 9.
The announcement came after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth District in Cincinnati decided on Friday that the mandate for large employers could go forward, reversing a previous court decision made after 27 Republican-led states, conservative groups, business associations and some individual companies challenged the mandate.
We need to let the Men/Women in Black Robes make that final decision.Rapier108 said:Won't do any good.Viper16 said:

Wouldn't be surprised in the slightest.
A very big reason why The Hubs and I refused to go to the Gator Bowl with his bestie from Arkansas.
That was the Capitol One Bowl in Orlando and we flew in. But his bestie paid for the rental car so he drove the whole time we were there. Orlando sucks to get around in just in general. With a guy with no sense of direction and talking so much he misses the exits, it was miserable.DallasAg 94 said:aggiehawg said:

Didn't you drive last time, detailing the journey?
