It's still a High level US representative taunting russia. He's been doing it non stop. It purely for political points. His tweets provide nothing. He's being internet tough guy. It's embarrassing and endangers any actual US effort going on behind the scenes.

He's on the intel committee. It carries weight. Mocking dead Russians as a high level US official in the midst of what I hope are negotiations with Russia probably don't help. I support him politically but he's being foolish right now. He's the epitome of internet tough guy.
