I was seeing the autopsy pics on Branca's feed.LostTexasBoy said:
I find it odd that the video would show GG arm half blown off but now they won't show any of the autopsy pics or reports. At least on the feed I'm watching.

I remember watching that live and it made me laugh because it was coming from some tiny bald white dude who was out there supposedly to be protesting racism........lol.Fightin TX Aggie said:
I still cannot get over the prosecution ending yesterday by playing a loop of deranged Rosenbaum yelling "shoot me, n-word!!"

Kraus: What is stippling?
More than bullet comes out of gun. Unburned powder, soot, etc. We look for evidence on body that allows us to estimate distance of muzzle to surface of body.
On contact wound, muzzle stamp. Out to a certain distance soot, after a foot or so, no soot.
The ME mentioned semi-stripling as well.ABATTBQ11 said:
Is this where the defense points out that Rosenbaum had extreme stippling and was really close on cross?

Pelvic shot was not an immediately lethal wound.
But was back to front, according to Kelley.sicandtiredTXN said:
Headwound was just a superficial graze

Wasn't it the state's case that Rosenbaum was not close and/or not reaching for the gun? Why are they taking this line of questioning? I feel like once again this only further supports Kyle's claim of self-defense.

Didn't KR get four shots off in a second or so?aggietony2010 said:LostTexasBoy said:

They're trying to convince the jury that Kyle fired one too many times and it's the bullet through the back that killed him.

I feel like this is easy to refute. First, the four shots were fired in very quick succession. Secondly, basically every cop and self-defense expert will opine that you keep firing until the threat is fully neutralized. There are countless videos of subjects being shot multiple times and it not phasing them at all. Just seems like another lazy attempt to throw **** at the wall to see if it sticks.aggietony2010 said:LostTexasBoy said:

This is sounding like Rosenbaum ran upon him and reached for the weapon got a thru and thru that hit the thigh and pelvis which spun the deceased around and he crumbled and the second shot grazed his noggin and then the third gutted him.aggiehawg said:But was back to front, according to Kelley.sicandtiredTXN said:
