I can't believe they are taking the stance that GG was trying to surrender and was innocent and that Kyle was the aggressor. Good thing there is a ton of videos of this.
Absolutely a lie. Video proves this is a lie.Mr. AGSPRT04 said:

You don't point a gun at a person unless that is your only intent.
He later said his biggest regret is not killing him.Corn Pop said:

That's not true, the intent of shooting someone in self defense to stop them effectively. But you need to be aware that there is a likelihood they will be killed, or "destroyed" per the firearm rules.

What the? Why do these activist nuts care about the rotten house case?
The Left with the help of progressive DA's wants to "own" the streets. They honestly believe that only they have a right to the streets when protesting/rioting. They want to intimidate anyone that might want to defend property from their destruction. These riots are about intimidating political opponents.Quote:

And then say, "My only regret is not killing the kid and hesitating to pull my gun and empty the clip into him".4stringAg said:
Should be relatively easy for the defense to take this guy apart. First, he was the aggressor charging in on a guy with a gun that was on his backside, 2nd, he pulled his pistol and while he feigned surrender ultimately pointed it at Kyle prior to Kyle shooting him; 3rd he texted or told a friend afterwards that he wished he would have killed Kyle when he had the chance (I'm hoping the defense has this info). Finally, Kyle's right to self defense isn't forfeited just because Grosskreutz thought he shot someone earlier.
Also, him saying he's "incapable of killing someone" is a joke when you walk around with a gun and then pull it on someone.
Cross on this guy is going to be interesting.Aggies2009 said:And then say, "My only regret is not killing the kid and hesitating to pull my gun and empty the clip into him".4stringAg said:

I have to admit that this series of threads has generated some pretty solid fan-fiction.Ag_Wolverine said:
I wonder if the night would have ended differently had Rittenhouse been honest with some people after shooting Rosenbaum. Immediately after shooting Rosenbaum, he called his friend reporting he shot someone. He ran into his "friendly" (or associate, as friend may suggest something deeper) medic helper gentleman (whose name I forget) saying he didn't shoot anyone but needs help. Tells Grosskreutz he didn't do it and that he's (going/working) with the police. He could have told one of the two he had shot someone in self defense, especially the guy he previously borrowed supplies from, and they could help escort him towards safety and help turn him over to police versus fleeing the scene.
